Policies

Shipping Policy:

All orders will be processed and shipped within 1-3 business days after your order is placed.  

We ship orders Monday-Friday and do not work during the weekends.

Tracking information will be emailed to you once your order has shipped.

Please note that once your order has shipped, we are no longer in possession of your items and average USPS and UPS delivery times are 2-5 for domestic shipments.  

All orders shipping for free will ship first class, ground USPS and UPS. Free shipping is not offered to PO Box addresses.  Do not use a PO Box if you would like free shipping.

We will not be held responsible for lost/delayed after your package has shipped and is no longer in our possession.
