Return/Refund Policy

Do you accept returns, exchanges or cancellations?

We do not offer refunds, we do however offer product exchanges if your items are returned to us in new condition within 14 days of your order being marked as delivered.

Any item or items in our clearance collection may not be refunded.

Please contact us if you have questions or if you would like to exchange any products you have purchased. Buyer is responsible for return shipping fees as well as any new shipping fees for exchanged items.

Please handle all items with care and return in same condition as when they were received. If an item has been cut, washed or altered, it is not eligible for exchange or store credit. If received packed with a cardboard or bubble wrap, please send back using same material to avoid damage.

Exchanges are processed within 3-5 business days of the returned item(s) arriving back at our facility.

Problem with your order?

Please contact us within 3 days of tracking showing delivery if you have any issues with your order. If we send an incorrect item or there's an issue with our items we will issue a refund or offer additional discount. At our discretion we will request the item to be shipped back to us and we will provide a return label.

Cancellation requests are generally not honored as we begin processing orders immediately.
